Shipping times and prices
What delivery companies are you working with?
We work with Omniva, national posts, Matkahuolto and DHL, and supply all our orders globally using the DHL Worldwide delivery. Default deliveries are made by using national post. All our products are shipped from Estonia by Boomerang Oü.
What are your usual delivery times?
Our average delivery time within Europe is 2-8 business days, and to other location 14-22 business days. Deliveries by DHL take on average 1-3 days within Europe and 3-7 days elsewhere. Please note that the times can vary depending on the destination.
How to change my shipping address?
If your shipping address has changed and you’ve already placed an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email at moc.r1558441834evoco1558441834d@sel1558441834as1558441834. In case the order has already been sent out and you have selected DHL, please wait until you are contacted by your local DHL and arrange a new delivery address with your local DHL directly. If you have selected another carrier, the address cannot be changed.

What are the costs for delivery when shopping online?
We provide free shipping for all orders above 25,00 € when using Omniva (national post).
For orders that are less than 25,00 €, the following pricing applies when using Omniva (national post):
– Europe: 3,90 €
– Destinations outside the Europe: 5,90 €

– When using Matkahuolto: 4,90 € (pickup point)
– When using Posti: 4,90 € (parcel point), 5,90 € (Posti outlet), 9,90 € (to doorstep)
When shipping by DHL World Wide delivery, the following pricing applies in all orders regardless the order value:
– Inside Europe: 9,90 €
– Rest of the World: 14,90 €
We reserve the right to change these shipping prices.
How can I track my order?
There are tracking information available for Omniva and DHL Deliveries.
DHL provides a tracking ID for each delivery as soon as they leave our warehouse and the tracking number will be send automatically to the email provided when ordering.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Every country has its own customs laws. It is unlikely that small purchases generate duties. However, the customs authorities of some countries may apply customs duties to your shipment. You are responsible for paying these duties if they are applicable. Docover Oy does not account for possible costs incurred by customs. Before you place your order, please check with your national customs laws.
